For Buyers
Open any listing and tap the heart icon in the top-right corner to save it. You can view all saved properties in the Saved section and organize them into albums.
Each listing includes a Message button that opens a direct chat with the seller or agent in the Messages section. You can use it to ask questions or request a property viewing.
We encourage sellers and agents to keep their listings accurate and up to date, and we regularly review content for quality. However, availability, pricing, and property details may change quickly, so we recommend confirming the latest information directly with the listing owner.
Yes. Browsing listings, saving properties, and contacting sellers or agents through Real Deal is free. If a specific listing involves a deposit or third-party services, those fees are charged by the listing owner or service provider, not by the platform itself.
Use the Message button on the listing to let the seller or agent know you’re interested in moving forward. You can ask any questions you may have in the chat. Final negotiations and transaction paperwork are handled directly between the parties involved.
For Sellers & Agents
Log in to your account, go to My Listings, and select New Listing. Add photos, the price, and detailed information about the property. Before publishing, review everything carefully to make sure buyers see complete and accurate information.
Go to My Listings, tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the listing, and select Edit Listing. You can update the price, photos, description, and other property details at any time. You can also mark a listing as Sold.
Account & Profile
Go to Profile, and choose Delete Account. If you can’t access your account, please contact support by email.
Trust & Safety
If something seems misleading, fraudulent, or unsafe, please contact support by email and include the listing link, screenshots, and a brief description of the issue. Please note that chat conversations may be reviewed by an administrator.
Be cautious of requests for urgent payments, prices that seem unrealistically low, or users who avoid answering basic questions about a property. Whenever possible, verify the property details, communicate through the platform, and avoid sending money until the relevant property documents and the identities of all parties involved have been properly checked.
